A new ellipsis button ( … ) has been added to the Activate Stocktake screen next to the Product Group and Supplier qualifiers. When users select either one of these ellipsis buttons, another screen will appear allowing them to make their selections for stocktake easier.
Product Group
Users can select certain Product Groups to qualify a Stocktake by. At the top of the screen is a filter which allows users to specify all Divisions, or one if they have more than one division. The default setting is set to All Divisions.
Users can then select the Product Group or Groups that they wish to be included in the Stocktake by clicking on the Product Group Name in the Available section, and then clicking the Add button. This will move the group from the Available section to the Selected section, and will be included as a qualifier for the Stocktake.
Users are also able to filter for the group they wish by typing in part of the group name, or the group number to make searching faster.
Supplier
Users can select specified suppliers to add as a qualifier for a Stocktake. Users can click on the Supplier in the Available section, then click on the Add button to move it to the Selected section, where it will be included as a qualifier for the Stocktake.
Users are also able to filter for the group they wish by typing in part of the supplier name, or the supplier number to make searching faster.
Users can add selections from both the Product Group and Supplier sections if they wish. If they have selected one or more options from these two areas and selected OK. It will take them back to the main Activate Stocktake screen where the Product Group and/or Supplier qualifiers will be greyed out.
