Single Touch Payroll

An update to Single Touch Payroll will now raise a warning if the data entered doesn’t comply with ATO requirements. For example if an employee is receiving an allowance of Type 1, there needs to be a description of Allowance 1 filled out in Employee Maintenance>PAYG Summary>Allowance Description. If there is nothing filled in the related field the warning will be raised for the operator to correct before proceeding with the Payroll batch.
