Invoice Entry

Users can now load Back Orders into an empty Invoice screen when the Customer is set to ‘Send Backorders by Separate Invoices by Sales Order’, opposed to previously where the Back Order would have to be loaded after completing an Invoice for that Customer. If there are more Back Orders with a different Sales Order, they will continue to load into the screen one at a time after completion of the current Back Order.

Users can no longer add Products to an Invoice once a Back Order has been loaded into the Invoice if the Customer is set to ‘Send Backorders by Separate Invoices by Sales Order’.

When Completing an Invoice as a Back Order, the below tick boxes will be available:

  • Hold till next order
  • Hold till all complete by Sales Order

They will default based on the selection in the Customer File (Customer Maintenance>Back Orders)
