An update has been released for Quotes Configuration. Configuration tick-boxes labeled “Email Quotes to Rep” have been made available for both the Invoicing system and the Mail Order system. If these tick boxes have been checked, and the specified salesperson on the quote has a valid email address configured, then the system will send a standard quote copy to the selected salesperson’s email address.
Raise an Invoice Quote & Raise a Mail Order Quote
An update has been released for Raise an Invoice Quote and Raise a Mail Order Quote.
Upon successful completion of creating a quote, with the above configuration set, the system will send an email from the ACR system Postmaster email address to the specified Salespersons email address with the below format:
Subject : Customer Quote<number>.pdf – Salesperson Name
Attached File : Quote<number>.pdf
Body: as per screenshot below
