View My Entitlements

A Christmas Present update has been released for the ACR system.

A new menu item called View My Entitlements has been created.

This will allow Users who are also set up as Employees that have been linked together via employee maintenance, to view their current Holiday, Personal/Carers, Flexitime and Long Service Leave entitlements.

 

Please follow the below steps to link a User to an Employee-

  1. Go to ‘Employee Maintenance’ and select the Employee
  2. Enter the User’s User ID in the System User field- this will then populate their User name.
  3. Save the changes
  4. Permissions for the User and/or System Administrators to view these Entitlements is found under the ‘Entitlements’ button>Viewable by System User and/or Viewable by System Administrator

 

This update is to complement the previous Employee Maintenance Update that was released 25th November 2018.
