Report Generator

Report Generator is a powerful tool that allows customised, detailed reporting on areas that are not covered by the pre-designed reports that are already in the system. The reports can be quite detailed to extrapolate vital business statistics or they can be basic, like tallying the Stock on Hand of a particular product group, which can also be quite vital at times.

When considering how to create a report in Report Generator, it is ultimately made up of 3 parts:

  • PRINT LIST – What content, or information to PRINT on the report.
  • SORT LIST – How to SORT the information that is to be displayed.
  • QUALIFY LIST – What information to INCLUDE or EXCLUDE from the report.

The information that is used to create the reports come from the many tables within the ACR database. Here is the list of tables users can obtain information from:
