A new configuration has been added to Mail Order Configuration called “;Y Operation”. This configuration controls the yanking of back orders and how it checks the Stock on Hand of the products being added to the yanked back order.
The options available are:
- Restrict to Stock on Hand – This is the Default setting, and how the ACR system worked before this update. This restricts the product to only the available Stock on Hand. It will not allow the product to go into negative SOH.
- Ignore Stock on Hand – This will allow the Stock on Hand level of a product to go into negative figures when it is part of a yanked back order.
