A new configuration can be set per Carrier in which Users will be forced to enter a weight in RF gun/Confirmations System. This is found in Carrier Maintenance > Weight, and the drop down options are:
- Follow System Default (This is the existing global configuration for all carriers found in Invoice Configuration)
- Actual Weight Required (This is set per Carrier)
When ‘Actual Weight Required’ is set via the new ‘Weight’ setting in Carrier Maintenance, the weight will be mandatory and will not default to a weight of 1 (as the global ‘Weight applicable in RF Gun/Confirmations’ configuration does).
Note: On install, all existing Carriers will have ‘Weight’ set to ‘Follow System Default’
