The Email Subject field in Wrapper Configuration > Report Generator has been modified to support the merge field <REPORTNAME>. If set with this merge field, reports with a wrapper will have their corresponding report name used as the Email Subject. This will make it easier in your email client to distinguish which emailed report you are opening.
