Changes have been made to the Freight Expense Report which in turn has increased the size. When printing this report on a port for the first time, the system will default the size to Wide – 162 columns. However, if you have previously printed this report before this update, you will need to manually change the layout to Wide 162 columns on the Print Selection Screen.
The changes are:
- A ‘Despatched Date’ mode has been added to report by despatched date.
- The Customer Class ID and Description have been added to the report
- Records will now be grouped by Business Unit/Customer Class/Carrier and their will be a subtotal line when these change. The sort option chosen will be used within each group.
