The ‘Direct Debit Control List’ has been modified to use the Customers’ ‘Drawer Name’ instead of the ‘Customer Ship To’ name. This also flows through to the file created using the ‘Direct Debit Output Utility’. The Drawer Name details are found in Customer Maintenance > Bank when ‘Autopay Direct Debit’ is selected.
When no name is listed in the ‘Drawer Name’ field, the details column will show the Customers’ ‘Ship To’ name.
