A new set of advice fields have been added for ‘On Confirmed’ within Customer Maintenance under B2B. If the customer is configured, an advice will be sent when an Invoice is confirmed by one of the following processes
- RFGuns
- Confirmation System
- Short Supplied
The email Subject and Message fields will default to the following:
Subject: YOUR ORDER <ORDNO>
Message: <SITE> advise that your order <ORDNO> has been confirmed on invoice <INVNO> on <DATE> at <TIME>
Please note these fields have also been uploaded into Report Generator and Export/Import Utility Menus.
