Within the Invoicing system this new option under the Options menu tab has been created. When selected, the ‘Reprice Invoice’ option will load a new screen with all the Product and Complied Items from the invoice.
In this new window, products are listed showing the ‘Old Source & Pricing’ values (current values on the Invoice), the ‘New Source & Pricing’ values (price as of now) and a tick box.
When the box is showing a tick, this means the product on this invoice has had a change in the price. The user then has the ability to leave the box ticked to confirm and update to the ‘new price value’ or deselect the tick from the box to keep the ‘old price value’.
Please note that only Products with a change to the pricing will be ticked true and modifiable.
