A new menu item called ‘Contact File Dump’ has been created within the Toolbox menu. Upon selecting, the below window will open, users are then able to select which Contact information file they would like to create- either for all Customer or Supplier. The User will be prompted to choose where they would like to save the text file on their PC. The file that is created will contain all contact information listed under the ‘Contacts’ button for the Customer/Supplier. Where multiple contacts are listed, the Primary Contact will be listed first.
