Within the ACR software, the Profile System stores information in such a way so as to effectively measure the Sales Analytics. The reports listed below utilise that profile information and can be located as menu items in the system. Point of Sale- Daily Sales Analysis
The Daily Sales Analysis report allows for the analysis of Sales, Gross Profit and Margin by Salesperson, Register or Product Group for the day.
Store Statistics
Store Statistics allows the analysis of your Sales, GP & Store Traffic.
Invoicing- Daily Sales Analysis (Enquiry & Report)
The Daily Sales Analysis report allows for the analysis of Sales, GP% and Profit, for both MTD Sales and Profit figures for the day, run by either Salesperson or State.
Invoicing- Monthly Sales Analysis Enquiry
The Monthly Sales Analysis report allows for the analysis of Sales, Gross Profit $ and percentage, as well as Year to Date Sales and Profit figures, listed by Salesperson.
Sales- Area Analysis Report
The Sales Area Analysis report allows users to view sales information split by salesperson which details Sales, Cost, GP% and Profit on a MTD, YTD and Last Year basis.
Sales- Class Analysis Report
This report shows MTD and YTD sales dollar values, for the Selected Class Sales and All Other Sales (Sales without a Customer Class) with the sales figures grouped by Product Group.
Sales- Group Analysis Report
The Group Analysis report produces sales figures for MTD, YTD, Year Projected and Last Year and are displayed by Product Group.
Stock Analysis Report
This report is qualified by Product groups for the Current MTD or the Last Month, showing Sales YTD, GP%, GP$, SOH Values.
