Within Carrier Maintenance a new ‘Despatch Pallets and Cartons’ tickbox has been added. If True, the system will print labels for both Pallet Count and Carton Count (within Despatch /Confirmations Systems). This is only available when the below conditions are true:

- Carton Label is set to BEX-Zebra
- Consignment Note Electronic is set to an option that has a Border Express file format (as set in Despatch Electronic Files)
- Manifest Form is set to BEX
- Despatch Pallets is set to True
