To create a report which shows what pricing modules exist, the following report can be used as a basis. This will only show basic information. If more information is desired, there are more fields to choose from in the Pricing Module table when in Report Generator.
Print List
Select the Pricing Module table. Select the following from this list and add them to the Print List:
- Reference Number (Pricing Module table)
- Special (Pricing Module table)I
- Customer Type ID (Pricing Module table) This will show the Customer qualification made in the Pricing Module record. See below for output results.
- Customer Type (Pricing Module table) This will show the Customer Number if applicable
- Customer Type Desc (Pricing Module table)
- Product ID (Product table)
- Price 1 (Pricing Module table) (can add more price codes if desired)
- Discountable Lines Only (Pricing Module table) (will output at T or F)
Sort List
- Customer Type ID (Pricing Module table) This will sort by the Customer qualification made in the Pricing Module record.
- Product ID (Product table)
Qualify List
You don’t need to qualify by anything if you want to see all of your pricing module records, however depending on how many records you have, this may mean the report is very big, so please take care.
Numeric Representation
If wanting to add other fields from the Pricing Module records, the following fields can be used:
Customer Type ID
1 = Ship To Customer
2 = Charge To Customer
3 = Customer Price Group
4 = Account Customers
5 = Cash Sale Customers
6 = All Customers
Discount Rules
5 = No Discount
6 = Normal Discount
1 = Percentage Discount
3 = Dollar Discount
2 = Percentage Price Reduction
4 = Dollar Price Reduction
Pricing Type
1 = Normal Price
2 = Price Code
3 = Specified Price
4 = Markup on Cost
5 = Margin on Cost
6 = Cost + Dollar
Product Type
1 = Product ID (Number)
2 = Product Group
6 = Product Sub-Group
7 = Division
8 = Product Promo Group
3 = Supplier
4 = Product Price Group
5 = All Products
