A new menu item called ‘Despatch ATL Sequence’ has been created. This will allow the ability to set up ‘’Authority to Leave” sequences for supported carriers. Note only StarTrack is currently supported.
ID
Identification Number – user defined
Description
This will add the description into the Authority To Leave Template dropdown list in Carrier Maintenance.
Digits
The number of Digits required in the Sequence Number (e.g. 12345 = 5 digits)
Start
The starting value of the sequence number (e.g. Start counting from 00100)
End
The ending value of sequence number. This will mean that the system will reset the sequence numbers back to the starting sequence number when it reaches the end value. (e.g. Reset counter at 10000)
Value
The current value of the sequence number. This enables users to enter an Authority to Leave sequence into the system when switching from a manual to an automated system.
