The Import History screen displays all previously imported files. It also displays the number of records that were updated under the count column as well as the number of records that were on the import file under the total column. There has also been three buttons on the Import history screen the Display, Summary and Rollback buttons:
- Display button – This will display the previously loaded file including any warnings/errors.
- Summary button – Will display the Summary screen for the previously loaded file. This will also display any errors that occurred when the file was imported such as a record being locked during the import.
- Rollback button – This initiates the roll back of the import.
Note; warnings and Errors shown in the Display and Summary screens will only be available for Imports that were loaded after this update. Displaying an import file that was loaded prior to this update will not show any Warnings/Errors that may have occurred.
