A new button called “Customer View” has been created within Back Order Maintenance. This button will allow users to view a selected Customer’s orders and switch between Standard View and Customer View screens. Standard view is the results screen that initially loads and Customer view is the screen that will load when an Order has been highlighted and the Customer view button selected.
When “Customer View” is selected, the screen will display all the back orders for the selected customer and the button will rename to “Standard View”. While in “Customer View” please note all filters, keyin fields, period, business units, stock area, remember filters and cancelled fields will be disabled. Filter 1 will be set to the selected “Customer” and the Search option will get set to “ALL”.
