Product Maintenance > Status Flags

Two new Status Flag functions have been created with Product Maintenance Status Flags tab called:

  • Non-Orderable 
  • Output to SalesTalk. 

Upon install, the ‘Output to SalesTalk’ will be set to True (ticked on) for all existing products.

In further support of this update ACR has also applied new ‘date’ fields to the following Status Flag functions:

  • Non-Saleable – ‘Until’ date field
  • Non-Orderable – ‘Until’ date field
  • Output to SalesTALK – ‘From’ date field
  • Web Output – ‘From’ date field

These ‘date’ fields will be used by Job Master – they will enable the system to determine if a flag should be turned on or off. For more information please see the latest update for Job Master http://www.acr.com.au/updates/?p=8435

The Ordering System will now check for the Non-Orderable Flag when being used. If a product is found to have this flag on, users will receive a message that the Product is a Non-Orderable item. 

The Web Output – ‘From’ Date field will also now show in the Product Maintenance Web Data tab.
