In support of the new Quick Customer Editor function, a new menu item called ‘Customer Template Configuration’ has been created within the Main menu. This Configuration will allow users to add and specify which Customer to use for loading template based default fields within the ‘Quick Customer Editor Configuration’. Users are also able to select and configure Inactive Customers to use as this will create Template Customers that can then not be used as a normal customer.
Where sites have Business Units configured, this form will also include a Business Unit drop-down option, with a toggleable heading that can be used to filter the Customers listed.
