A new configuration called “RF Gun P/S Comments OK Enabled’ has been created within Misc Config. This configuration will change the prompt displayed to the user on the RF Gun once an invoice has been loaded when the invoice has Picking Slip top comments .
By default it will be set to ‘False’.
If the above configuration is selected (True) and the Picking Slip includes P/S only top comments then the RF Gun Prompt will now be displayed as ‘OK ? O/N/S’
The ‘O’ stands for Ok which is designed to alert users that there are P/S Comments to be viewed, this replaces the usual ‘OK? Y/N/S’ prompt.
In this scenario if ‘Y’ is keyed in it will make a beep sound and stay on the screen. if O is entered it will continue on to load the first item to be picked.
Note: If the Configuration is not set to true or doesn’t have comments, then the current system behaviour will continue using the ‘OK ? Y/N/S’ prompt.
