The newly created fields ‘P/S Comment 1’, ‘P/S Comment 2’ and ‘P/S Comment 3’ within Customer Maintenance Tradetalk > Deliveries will be automatically loaded into the ‘Comments’ button when creating a new invoice.
If ‘P/S Comment 1’, ‘P/S Comment 2’ and ‘P/S Comment 3’ fields from either Customer Maintenance Tradetalk > Deliveries or using the ;C commands were loaded while creating an invoice, after the Invoice is completed the comments will be shown when the Invoice is displayed within Invoice/Mail Order Maintenance.
