A change has been made within the Invoicing System functionality when Users are looking to modify an Invoice Address Delivery State. The change will only affect those Invoices which have existing Products with a Levy applied. If the User does try to enter a different value into the Address Delivery State field (directly or indirectly) they will see the following message:
