A new configuration called ‘Allow Zero Carton Count’ has been created under the Despatch button within Misc Configuration. This will default to False upon installation and sites are welcome to contact the Training Team to have this configuration set to True.
When this configuration is set to True, it will allow users the ability to enter in a zero Carton Count when there is a Pallet count for one or more, and where the Carrier is set to the following within Carrier Maintenance:
- Despatch Pallets = True
- Despatch Pallets & Cartons = False
These changes are effective within the following areas but not limited to:
- Despatch System
- Confirmation System
- RFGuns
Before turning this configuration on, we ask sites to consider the importance of accurate reporting. In turning this configuration on it may make some reporting appear incorrectly where the report is only showing the Carton Count value and doesn’t not include the Pallet value eg Picker Packer Report.
