A change has been made to the Bulk Email eDocument type. When adding a new Bulk Email document to a Customer Record, the system will not allow the user to save the record with a Fax number. Users will only be able to save the record with Email as the Type, and it must contain a valid email address in the Destination Field.
If users attempt to select Fax from the Output Method, the system will now show a message:
“Bulk Email is only configured to be emailed.
OK”
When users click on OK, the system will change the Output Method to be Email, and users can then enter a valid email address in the Destination field.
Please note: if your site has any current records where a fax number is selected for Bulk Email, please either remove this line or replace the fax number with a valid email address.
