Within Invoice Configuration Electronic Order, a new function has been created called ‘Price Electronic Orders’ with the following options:
- On Receipt of Order (faster)
- On Loading into Invoice (slower)
This new configuration upon installation will default to ‘On Receipt of Order (faster)’ as the system is currently working as if it is using the slower option of ‘On loading into Invoice’.
The benefit of this configuration is to improve System processing speed within the Invoicing System. Once the Electronic order is received, the System will acknowledge the configuration choice, if this is ‘On Receipt of Order (faster)’, it will allow the Price check process to occur before the Electronic Order is loaded into Standard Invoice improving loading processing speeds.
If the choice is ‘On Loading into Invoice’, the System will retain its functioning processes as prior to this update.
