Within the Payroll Configuration, 2 new configurations have been created called:
- ‘Print Total Flexitime Hours’
- ‘Print Total Paid Hours’
Both these configurations will be false by default upon installation. Users are able to tick these on which will be displayed on the Pay Advice slip as shown in the example below.
The Pay Advice Slip will display the:
- Flexitime Hours entitlement in the middle box section of the Pay Advice. When the configuration is True, the entitlement value will be displayed.
- Total Hours and value as an Item line at the bottom of the first section. When the configuration is True, the Total Hours value that was Paid will be displayed.
