WIthin Miscellaneous Configurations, a new setting has been created called ‘Remember Hide Notes’. This will default to True upon installation. By having this setting ticked on (True), it will allow the system to remember the User setting across multiple forms including:
- All Product Maintenance
- All Customer Maintenance
- Valued Customer Maintenance
- Short Term Debtor Maintenance
- Employee Maintenance
- Supplier Maintenance
- Creditor Enquiry
- Debtor Enquiry
When the setting is set to False (unticked) for the first time, the system will remove any ticked ‘Hide Notes’ selections and will continue not to remember the tick box selection set by the user the next time they return to the form.
