Within Mail Order / Invoice Maintenance a new feature called ‘Reprice Current View’ has been created. This is in support of a newly added feature within the Specials System allowing sites to use this function on Incomplete Invoices the Special would apply to. Similar to Repricing an Invoice within Standard Invoice, this function will seek to modify all Incomplete Invoices in the current view and perform the reprice function, one invoice at a time.
Once an Invoice has been loaded for modification and Reprice Current View is selected, the following screen will be loaded giving the user the ability to change pricing. The list of products will show the ‘Old Source & Pricing’ values (current values on the Invoice), and the ‘New Source & Pricing’ values (price as of now). When the tick box is showing a tick, this means the product on this invoice has had a change in the price. The user then has the ability to either leave the box ticked to confirm and update to the ‘new price value’ or deselect the tick from the box to keep the ‘old price value’.
The following buttons functions are:
- Complete – this will complete the reprice function on selected Invoices, display the Invoice Number screen and return the Invoice back into the Invoicing system with the same status
- Void – selecting ‘Void’ means the current Invoice modification will be voided, and the process will move onto the next Invoice
- Abort – selecting ‘Abort’ means the current Invoice modification will be voided, and the process will end
Note: The System will run checks for invalid Invoices ie.Short Supplied, Controlled Order, 3PL etc, preventing Repricing on the Invoice.
