Within the Despatch System, sites now have the ability to assign a User to a specific Stock Area when using RF Guns. This can be assigned within the new menu item ‘RF Gun Stock Area Override Maintenance’ . Whilst RF Guns are programmed to default to Stock Area 1, the below two settings will override this in the following order:
- If the site is configured for Business Unit Type 3, and the User belongs to a Business Unit that has ‘Overrides – RF Gun Stock Area’ set, then this Stock Area will be used
- If a record for the User exist in ‘RF Gun Stock Area Override Maintenance’, then its Stock Area will be used
