The Repair System has been improved to now have the ability to add Detailed Service Comments. Detailed Service Comments can be entered/modified throughout the repair process by clicking on the ellipsis button […] within Repair Product Maintenance and/or the Service Module. These notes become available to be input once the repair has passed the ‘Customer Quoted’ status.
The Detailed Service Comment will print on the ‘Service Pick Up’ and ‘Ready for Pick Up’ eDocuments. Both the Repair Product display screen and Service Module display screen will have the ability to view the notes even after the repair is complete.
