Within the ACR system, an update has been applied to the behaviour of the Global Price Routine in relation to the Product Prices ‘ND’ (No Discount) tick box within Product Maintenance.
Now, when a product has ‘ND’ selected (ticked) on for a Product Price Code and the price is determined by a Pricing Module record with the following set parameters, then it will not be discounted.
Pricing Module Record rules:
- Price Rule To Apply is set to Normal Price or Price Code; AND
- Discount Rule To Apply is set to Normal Discount; or Percentage Discount / Dollar Discount; AND
- Apply Discount to Discountable Lines Only is selected (True)
Note: If ‘Specified Price’ is selected as the Price Rule to Apply, the ND box will still be ignored as it was previously.
