When a quote is redrawn and completed (within the Point of Sale or Invoicing Systems) the system will automatically generate a log on both the Quote AND the Sale. The Logs can be accessed within Quote Maintenance, POS Maintenance and/or Invoice Maintenance. The log for the quote will entail the Invoice number that was created from the quote whereas the log for the invoice will entail the quote number from which it derived from, along with the number of copies printed/operator/date/time/etc..
