Processing Electronic Customer Orders > Customer Order Display Details

Within the Electronic Order System, when processing an order that has Operator Instructions (line Z1 within the file), the following screen called Customer Order Display Details will load. This screen enables the Operators to review any comments loaded onto the order.

A new header field has now been created within the Comment Type options and has the ability of “Apply to All” functionality. Meaning, this dropdown field can now allow users to set all the comment types below to the same option. For example, in the below screen, the header field has been set to “Top Comment” which has been applied to all comment types accordingly.

In the scenario where the Comment Types are mixed, the header field will remain blank.
