New Conversation Log functionality

To complement the existing logging across the Invoicing Maintenance systems, new Log Conversation functionality has been created across the Electronic Maintenance systems. This will affect the following menus:  

  • Electronic Customer Order Maintenance
  • POS Electronic Customer Order Maintenance
  • Mail Order Electronic Customer Order Maintenance 
  • Electronic Customer Remittance Maintenance
  • Electronic Snoozed/Resubmitted Orders 
  • Electronic Supplier Invoice Maintenance

System generated Conversation Logs will be created when a change has been identified and also allow Users to create their own conversation entry. All logs generated will follow and stay with the transaction as it is processed, for example, when an Order is snoozed and then processed into an Invoice.
