Electronic Customer Order > Expanded View

Within the Electronic Order system, the Electronic Customer Order Expanded view screen has been updated. 

The screen will now display Customer details for:

  • Priority – data from Customer Maintenance > CRM tab
  • P/S Comments – data from Customer Maintenance > Deliveries tab
  • Delivery Comments – data from Customer Maintenance > Deliveries tab

The screen will also display optional Order details for:

  • First Delivery Date – data from the Electronic file
  • Last Delivery Date – data from the Electronic file
  • Warning Icon – if an Order Comment exists, this icon will have a tooltip indicating the order has comments.
