Within the menus of General Journal Entry and Account Journal Entry, users currently have the ability to create and apply a Note for an entry at the time of creation.
Now, when the General Ledger Detail Source window is displayed, and a General / Accounting Journal Entry has had a Note created, the new Notes button will be available. Selecting it will open a new window with the Note information displayed. When a Note isn’t present the button will be dimmed.
