As part of the ATO Payday Super changes, ACR has introduced a new Member Verification Requirement (MVR) feature. This enhancement provides visibility and guidance to assist you in confirming employee superannuation fund details prior to processing contributions. While not enforced by the system, this feature supports best practice and helps you manage your compliance obligations.
MVR (Member Verification Requirement) ensures that an employee’s superannuation fund details are valid before contributions are made.
- Existing Employees: If you have previously made successful super payments for an employee, MVR is not required. We recommended:
- users mark the employee as Verified
- enter a Verified Date (e.g. 01/07/2026 or last successful payment date).
- New Employees or Fund Changes: MVR is required. We recommend:
- Confirm super fund details (we recommend verifying via your clearing house)
- Tick ‘MVR Verified’
- Enter the ‘Verified Date’
Please note: If the Superannuation Fund / Employee Member Number is modified, the system will automatically clear the verification status and date. These fields have been included in the Change Log History functionality.
