In further support of the newly released Scheduled Invoice, within Invoice Configuration, a new configuration called ‘Scheduled Inv Cmp’ has been created. This will give sites greater control on how the system determines which Zone Maintenance fields are used when a Scheduled Invoice is completed as a normal invoice.
Users can select from the following options:
- ‘Completing an Invoice’ (default)
- ‘Auto Process Elec Order’
When ‘Auto Process Elec Order’ is selected, the corresponding Zone Maintenance fields will be used even where the scheduled invoice did not originate from an Electronic Order.
