Within Invoice/Mail Order Maintenance, Debtor Terms have now been included as a new search, filter and display option. Meaning, Users can now search by Terms using Global Search or Filter 1 and Filter 2, with searches available by either Terms ID or Description.
Within Invoice Configuration Invoice Maint., Terms can also be configured as a column using Maintenance Field Precedence, allowing the Invoice/Mail Order Maintenance list to be sorted by the Terms Code ID.
Where a Description search returns multiple results, an index screen will be displayed for selection. Terms searching is also available for Transfers.
Please note: Terms searching is not available for searches covering six months or more.
