There has been a new File Format added to the Despatch Electronic Files Maintenance Screen called “Default”. This format is ACR’s own Despatch Manifest File Format. For more information on specifications should they be needed, please contact our Training Department.
The “Email Elec File?” field is now able to be used. If the file is to be emailed, select the tick box, then enter the email address in the Email Address field it is to be emailed to. After successfully creating Despatch Output Files, the system will attempt to email it to the specified email address.
The following fields have been added to the Despatch Electronic File Maintenance Screen:
- FTP Upload File? – Select this tick box if the file is to be uploaded by FTP after being created. If this is selected, all four of the below fields are mandatory.
- FTP Address – Enter the FTP Address the file is to be uploaded to.
- FTP Username – Enter the FTP Username.
- FTP Password – Enter the FTP Password.
- FTP Mode – Choose the options that relates to the FTP site in question. This will need to be provided by the people running this FTP site. The options are:
- Passive FTP
- Active FTP
