Due to the addition of the FTP Configurations added to the Despatch Electronic File Maintenance Screen, the following commands in the Despatch System have been adjusted to incorporate these changes:
1. When using the “;OUT” command in the Despatch System (which allows the creation of electronic con notes to be output for a Carrier), the system will, if configured, attempt to send the file via email to the configured email address, followed by the attempt to upload the file via FTP.
When successful, a message will appear saying:
“Despatch Output Files Successfully Created. [Filename]”
2. After using the “;UDS” command in the Despatch System to Update the Status from Undespatched to “Ready to Pick”, the system will prompt the user to enter the Picker ID.
