Making support easy using Team Viewer

We here at ACR use our beloved Teamviewer program as our go to remote support application. Teamviewer lets us connect directly into your computer, where we can observe, train, and troubleshoot; all that we need to know is your ID number that Teamviewer will uniquely allocate your computer.Within ACR you can open our Teamviewer application by going to the ‘Help’ menu, and then select ‘Run Teamviewer’. This will open the application but not save it to your machine, this is the preferred option for quick support.If this option is unavailable, downloading and saving/running our support application from the internet is recommended.
