A new option has been added t the Default Maintenance Configuration screen. When this option is selected it will attempt to set the contents of the Username and Password fields under customer maintenance – Access button to be the debtors account number. This will only affect the normal username and password fields it will not affect the fields underneath the Ord Express Enabled heading.
Note: This will attempt to set the user name to the debtors account number. If this username is already in use, the following message will display:
Unable to auto set the User Name and Password to XXXXXX.
