The ability to modify or update Web Categories from within Product Maintenance has been added. When loading a product record in Product Maintenance, if the “Web Data” button is selected, the Web Data screen will appear. This contains any current information for the product, however a new button called “Update” has been added next to each of the Web Category headings.
When the Update button is selected, users will see another screen called “Web Category Selection”.
Users can then select the Web Category the product belongs to by:
- Selecting the Web Category most applicable from the top section by using the scroll bar
- Filter using key words to find the most applicable category
After selecting the Web Category to use press the Select Button to update the Wed Data Screen with the new Web Category data.
