A new configuration has been added to Mail Order Configuration called “Allow Clearout on Backorder”. When set to true, and the backordering system is in use, users will be able to enter a Backorder Qty in Invoice Entry against a product that is marked Clearout.
This configuration will be set off by default.
Note: When a Product is marked both Clearout and Discontinued, the Product is considered a Discontinued Product, and as such the new configuration above is ignored.
