A change has been made to the way system lock’s are used when performing Payment Allocations. Doing individual Payment Allocations will no longer require exclusive use of the whole Payment Allocation system. E.g. If a user is processing an individual’s Debtor Payment Allocation a second user can now process a second Debtor’s Payment Allocation.
However using the “Auto” or “Alloc” functions in Payment Allocation will still require the user to have exclusive use of that system. E.g. If a user runs the “Auto” function in Creditors Allocations then no other user will be able to use the Creditors Allocation system until that process has been completed.
This update affects the following Payment Allocation Systems:
- Debtor Payment Allocations
- Auto Payment Allocations
- STD Payment Allocations
- Creditor Payment Allocations
- Bills Payment Allocation
