A change has been made to the Driver Run Sheet. This change has been made to allow the Drivers Run Sheet to be able to create a ‘By Zone’ version of the run sheet. On the Drivers Run Sheet screen the Print button has been renamed and a new button has been added to allow for selecting a By Zone run sheet.
The available buttons are:
- Print Run – This replaces the Print button.
- Print Run By Zone – This allows for the printing of a Drivers Run Sheet By Zone.
When the Print Run By Zone button is selected it will print the Driver Run Sheet By Zone. This does not require invoices to have gone through the Despatch System to be added to this run sheet.
When Print Run is selected to print a Driver Run Sheet it will function in the same way the Print button operated.
To allow for the printing of both types of run sheets, the screen will not clear after printing. If both a Normal and By Zone run sheets are required, the operator will need to manually select both the Print Run By Zone and Print Run buttons to produce both run sheets.
The option output ‘to disk’ has been added.
